I am Irma Barrington, Real Estate Broker and Owner of iOpen Doors Realty in Jacksonville and Miami, FL. As a licensed real estate professional, I have been known for integrity, diplomacy, and sincerity in handling all my dealings. Since starting iOpen Doors Realty, I have primarily strived to be someone my clients and colleagues can trust. Success as a Real Estate Broker

The keys to my success have been my patient demeanor and dedicated work ethic. I know how to listen and I am generous in offering information, and more importantly, I know when to stop talking. My main intention is to understand my client’s needs and to build a relationship that will last over the course of time. When orchestrating deals for my buyers and sellers, I am assertive and effective without being too aggressive. While I am a strong negotiator and advocate for my clients, I am just as much a compassionate, friendly, humorous partner who eases a process that can often be quite stressful.
